FAQ

Where is the work located? All GEEK-AID® field technicians must live within a 60-minute commute of Manhattan. Our customers are located in the five boroughs of New York City or within a 10-minute walk of Metro-North train stations in Westchester or PATH stations in New Jersey.

What do I need to include on my resume? GEEK-AID conducts thorough background checks and verification of employment, education and certifications. Please include in your history any appropriate training, education and certifications that can be verified by our human resources department. There will be additional standard insurance and licensing requirements upon offer of employment.
