IT Pricing Options for Office and Residential Service

GEEK-AID® offers various service options for our commercial and residential IT customers, each designed to resolve IT issues quickly and economically. Many IT issues can now be resolved remotely using secure specialized software. This virtual repair option is the fastest and most cost-effective service option for our customers. Of course, many service requests such as installations and hardware repairs still require an onsite visit to complete. Although our technicians are available 24/7/365, hourly emergency service completed after regular business hours will incur an additional charge.

IT Support Plans and IT Managed Services Pricing

Although on-demand hourly service may appear less expensive at first glance (only pay for service as you use it), managed IT services are generally more economical for businesses in the long run. Reactive repairs result in more extended and more frequent downtime and include more major network security incidents. Our managed IT service models include predictable monthly or yearly fees for service and support. We provide proactive maintenance to reduce the number of visits and head off trouble before it happens. Everyone benefits from a reduced number of service incidents and less network downtime.

All our company service technicians are based in Manhattan, not calling you from overseas or nationwide call centers. Our expert technicians can spot telltale signs of trouble and unusual performance activity indicating problems in your network. GEEK-AID® can support both in-office IT and work-from-home employees. We can help you choose the plan that works for you:

*Call for special pricing for fewer than five or more than 20 employees, and yearly contract pricing.

*Five-seat minimum. Each employee may register one tablet, one smartphone and one computer (laptop or desktop). Employees may contact us directly for assistance with their registered devices.

Remote service includes remote support for registered devices and requires a 12-month agreement with monthly autopay. A site-visit charge will be applied for in-person service visits. Support for all plans will renew automatically after the first year. Please provide 30 days’ cancellation notice before the next billing cycle if you would like to cancel your service. Service Plans do not include software licenses, hardware or parts. Installation of software and service labor is always included.

IT Service Prices: Hourly Rates

GEEK-AID® Manhattan-based technicians provide full onsite IT service and repairs for all of your home or office technology and devices. Contact us for expert on-demand service, consulting, technology training and support. We can even assist your in-house IT team with special projects or daily IT services. Customers are charged a one-hour minimum fee and then only in 15-minute increments. Our labor is fully warrantied for 30 days. Here are our hourly service rate options:

Emergency service requests outside regular business hours or covered service areas may incur an additional charge. Our phone representative will quote the additional fee, if any, at the time of service request. The hourly fee is for labor only. Software licenses, parts and hardware are extra.

Special IT Service Pricing for Startups and Non-Profits

Are you a new business? GEEK-AID offers steep discounts and affordable rates for startups in their first year in business. If your business is less than a year old, or you know someone who has started a new business, let us know. We will take 40% off your initial yearly service contract.

GEEK-AID® also gives a 25% service discount off our regular prices to non-profit groups. Please provide a copy of your non-profit tax ID number and evidence of current IRS non-profit status to receive the discount.
